What's your minimum order quantity?
We start at 20 pieces per design. Most factories demand 500+. The more you order, the better the price — but we never turn away a small order.
How much does a sample cost?
Low sample fee covering materials and labor. Refunded in full when your order exceeds 500 pieces. Typical turnaround: 5–7 days.
How do I pay?
PayPal for samples and small orders. Wire transfer (T/T) for larger runs. New clients: 50% deposit to start, 50% before shipping.
How long does production take?
2–4 weeks from sample approval, depending on order size and complexity. Add shipping time — see below.
How does shipping work?
We ship through our freight forwarder for the best rates:
